Booking Policy:
Thank you for choosing House of Kamilla's services! Please take a moment to review the booking policy outlined below:
1. Reservation Confirmation:
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by our booking system or staff.
- A reservation is considered confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email or other written confirmation from us.
2. Booking Process:
- Bookings can be made online through our website, via phone, or Social Media.
- To secure your reservation, I may require payment in advance, a deposit.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- I understand that plans may change. Therefore, I offer a 24-hour cancellation period for most bookings.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time will receive a full refund or incur no charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
4. Modifications:
- Any modifications to your booking, such as changes in date, time, or party size, should be communicated to me as soon as possible.
- I will do my best to accommodate modifications, subject to availability.
5. No-show Policy:
- Failure to arrive for a scheduled booking without prior cancellation (no-show) may result in a charge equivalent to the full booking amount.
- I reserve the right to release the booking for other guests if you have not arrived within a reasonable grace period. [Which is 15 minutes]. Unless you communicated.
6. Late Arrivals:
- I understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If you anticipate being late for your booking, please notify me as soon as possible.
- I will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, but I cannot guarantee the extension of your booking time beyond the original reservation.
7. Group Bookings:
- For group bookings, special events, or private functions, different cancellation and payment policies may apply. Please inquire at the time of booking.
8. Refunds:
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Please allow a reasonable processing time for refunds to appear in your account. If you don't receive a refund please communicate that to me.
9. Force Majeure:
- I reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, emergencies, or government regulations.
- In such cases, I will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and provide alternative arrangements or refunds where applicable.
